Kinda Screwed Up This Semester.... Is There Still Hope?

Hey, everybody. Hope you guys are doing well.

I'm a transfer student, and this was my first semester. I know I gotta reprioritize, reorganize, and reenergize myself and work everything out but for now, I'm worried.

I want to go to law school, and I really want to transfer into Marshall, but I didn't do too hot this semester. I dropped a science class, and I think I may have ended up with 2 C's and a B.

Is there still a chance? Do I give up hope? I need advice. I feel kinda hopeless right now. Do I still have a chance to pull myself up?

This has never happened to me before.... never gotten a C in my academic career, but that's most likely what'll happen now..

Do I still have a chance to succeed and have a decent GPA? Am I completely screwed?

Thank you.

Yeah, you need at least a 3.6 to be competitive. Try to get a 4.0 next semester though

Are you now a student at SC or a potential transfer student?

If you wish to attend law school why is your goal to attend Marshall, which is a highly ranked undergraduate school of business?

I hope some pre-law students will give their views on suggested courses to prepare for law school and the LSAT exams.

Marshall will hurt your GPA even more
