Kresge and Writing

<p>Are the Kresge Writing Center and Creative Writing archives available to students who aren't in Kresge? </p>

<p>I visited UCSC last week to decide which college I wanted to be in, had all but decided on Porter, but then started having second thoughts once I heard about the breadth of Kresge's writing program. I'm really big on writing and plan to be an English major and everything, so I'm wondering if it would be worth it to go to Kresge solely for the writers support even though I like Porter better?? Input would be much appreciated!</p>

<p>I’d go with Kresge rather than Porter. Porter contains all kinds of art, whereas Kresge is more focused on writing, which I think is better for your major.</p>
