<p>I doubt there is any “best” because there are many criteria that may vary for one’s situation. This has been discussed before so this may help:</p>

<p>I’d add Albion College if you live in the Midwest. I’m not in the field but my colleagues who are often speak well of the program there. Good luck.</p>

<p>There will be tons of schools to fit that bill. First you need to narrow things down by considering where you will fit in academically, cost considerations, desired location etc. Get a college good guide book as a start.</p>
