Lafayette or Union chances?

Hi, I'm pretty new to this site but I really wanted to know what my chances are at Lafayette college or Union college. Thanks!

Female, white
Anticipated major: physics, astronomy, or mathematics (applied as physics)
GPA: 3.6 W, 3.2 (?) UW (not sure about that)
ACT scores: 35 - superscores to 36
I'm a national merit semi-finalist

Courses:
Currently in AP Physics C, AP Calc BC, AP French, AP Psych, and AP Bio
Took AP Euro, AP Physics B, AP Econ, and AP Lang & comp last year

Interviewed on campus
Did a campus tour
Attended an information session
I think my college essay is very strong

EC's:
Founder/editor of my school's literary magazine
Varsity equestrian since freshman year
Astronomy event leader in my school's science Olympiad
Member of academic challenge
Currently employed at a restaurant

I know my grades are pretty low, that's why I sort of assumed I was borderline... Can anyone help? Thanks :)

My D has applied to Union as well, @followthatbus12 . We visited campus on one of their open house days, spoke to a lot of people, and were very impressed by the sciences.

You have top scores and have taken a very challenging course load. You are stronger than borderline. Your ACT is so high that, theoretically, accepting you means that Union can also accept an equally promising student who has a somewhat lower ACT but perhaps higher GPA (my D perhaps!!!) without hurting their rankings. Union is also one of the few LACs where being F potentially gives you a bump, especially in STEM. You’ve demonstrated your interest by visiting. Yes, their admit rate is very selective, but you have some really strong positives. Good Luck!
