So basically, I'm not trying to get you to do my research for me. I know of the writing programs: UVA, Iowa, etc. I'm just wondering if anybody knows of any summer programs that have scholarships available, are extremely cheap, or free for admitted students. Like mentioned in the title, I'm interested in any language (preferably spanish or russian) or creative writing programs. My sister is going to college next year and therefore for the 2013 summer, I don't want my parents to spend too much money on me. I haven't been able to find any cw programs with scholarships but I did find one for an oppurtunity to travel abroad for language immersion for free. I though I emailed myself the link, but apparently not, and now I can't find it. I believe it was sponsored by the CIA or FBI for students to learn lesser studied languages, i.e. not French or Spanish. They had locations such as China, India, Russia, I believe Egypt, and other places as well. if anybody knows what I'm talking about, I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd send me a link.</p>
