I took Latin for three years of high school. I know that there are placement exams for Spanish, French, and German, but how do I take one for Latin? I didn’t take an SAT II Subject test in Latin and there is no information on how to place out of the requirement. Does anyone know if there’s a test I should take or if I’m supposed to take a Latin class?

It depends on which school you're in, whether you're in A&S or CSOM. CSOM's language requirement is 4 years of a language in high school, reaching a certain score on the SAT 2, or getting a certain score on the AP. A&S is a bit more complicated where none of these factors matter too much. In A&S, students have to pass an intermediate language class to fulfill the core. I'm not sure how latin would fit into this, but you might just choose a latin class you want to take, either elementary or some other level. Or you can always speak to your dean or simply call student services and ask them. They may or may not have an answer.

another point to add to that.. if youre in CSOM and took, for example, spanish 1 in 8th grade and then 2, 3, 4H your freshman, soph, jr year in HS you would still be okay because the spanish 1 is considered a HS class. thats what happened to me and i was SO relieved

so if you took a year of latin in middle school and then 3 in HS youll be good for CSOM. for A&S i think you would have to just guess what level to go in and then complete up to intermediate.
