Language v Leadership

I am currently a Sophomore and my dream school is UPenn, specifically the M&T program or Wharton. I have taken up to Spanish 2 in school, Spanish 1 at school and Spanish 2 online. The reason I took Spanish 2 online was so that I could take a leadership class for one of my extra-curriculars (JROTC). But as of now my virtual school does not offer Spanish 3. So what should I do, and how many years should I even take? I plan to keep the leadership classes on my schedule for the rest of high school because they will help me get into a high leadership position for my unit. So should wait for Spanish 3 or do not take it at all?.. Thank you for any advice

Penn’s website says: “We do not have any specific requirements, but we recommend four years in all core subjects.”
Their Common Data Set also says four years of language are recommended.

It won’t look good for you to stop after Spanish 2. In my school, even Spanish 4 is nowhere near fluent.
