Language !!????

WHAT TYPE OF CURRENT AFFAIRS SHOULD I LOOK INTO QUICKLY??!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE help me.

despite the stupidity of the question.

The one my teacher mentioned was immigration, but he doesn't think it is anymore.

Immigration, stem cell research/genetic engineering, aid for natural disasters, basically anything that would have a strong position on both sides. I keep thinking that it comes down to cost vs. humanitarian concerns at the base level.

ANd in the end, none of this mattered, lol.

yeah. it was a really random topic.

Yup. I read through threads like these last night and then when I got to my synthesis essay today, I was like, "Jeez. I am writing about this. How lame."

easy though. made me happy xD

at the beginning of the year my english class actually spent an entire day discussing "advertisement in school" once.. haha what a coincidence

Yeah, the topic was really unexpected. Out of allllll controversial topics, they chose that?

At least it was easy.

id miss the jingle of my good old change.

poor poor change.

^^

Better watch out! CB might come to haul you off for such words! ;)

my last words are oprah is everywhere.

everybody gets a car.

poor penny

I liked both persuasive topics, [without discussing them!] because I'd seen a 60 Minutes episode dealing with the first one, and I've been following the School Committee for a local govt project, so I've been hearing a lot about the second one. :D

nm..........

Man I hope no one stayed up looking for this information....who am I kidding I do I need the curve points haha

for the last question on the essays, my review book actually had a question that was basically the same as it, except it was a DBQ and we did it about 3 weeks ago. When i saw that i was like holy ****, there is a god
