Last minute chances at New School and Fordham

<p>okay, i've made this same thread like 4 times in two different forums and i have yet to really get any responses... so here i go again. i need to start apps so i need to get my final list together.</p>

<p>Korean American at a very well-known and competitive public high school in Northern California. First-generation, first in family to go to college.</p>

<p>SAT IIs:
Korean: 790
English: 720
Math 2: 700</p>

<p>ACT:</p>

<p>Eng 36, Essay 10, Math 31, Reading 36, Science 28, Composite 33</p>

<p>GPA: about 3.6 weighted, depends on college's way of calculating, 3.3 unweighted</p>

TA (12th grade)</p>

<p>Just now, I've decided I want to apply to Eugene Lang College in New School University and Fordham University, and I'd like to know my chances. I need at least one to be a definite saftey.</p>

<p>Match? The OP is way above both of the selected instituions and should consider some top schools. If New York is what you want, you'd stand a very strong shot at Columbia and would certainly get into NYU.</p>

<p>yeah, lang and fordham are definites, but do not be too sure with NYU or columbia. those schools were so intense this year... everywhere was, but a lot of people were rejected to NYU, for example, with scores like that. ridiculous stuff is going on.</p>
