Late application...Help please!

<p>Alright, so lets say March 10th comes and I didn't make it into any school or I got waitlisted at one school.</p>

<p>Can I apply late admission to other schools.. and if so what schools in CT, that have girls ice hockey. That are semi-easier to get into...</p>

<p>I know that I am a bit worried, but I just wanna have a back up plan! Thanx 4 the help!</p>

<p>And btw I already sent in my regular apps that are due January 15th in....</p>

<p>It would be best to be in the regular applicant pool, especially if you need financial aid. Many schools have a 2/1 application deadline and participate in the TABS common ap. You can still apply to schools now, especially if you want to be recruited for hockey. </p>

<p>If you don’t need financial aid, you can still apply to schools after the application deadline. There are many schools with openings after contract signing around 4/10, but you should not count on admission to very competitive schools. </p>

Second - click “advanced search”</p>

<p>You can then “sort” on lots of things; here’s an example using the following criteria:</p>

<p>Select: schools in state: CT
Select: rolling admissions - yes</p>

<p>(you can narrow it down further, by selecting Coed/AllGirls/AllBoys, or by a sport, etc.</p>

<p>The Gunnery is a good school, and it is in Washington, CT. It does have a girls’ ice hockey team, but there is only a varsity, which is something to consider in case there isn’t a spot for you on the team the first year. I loved the school, mostly because it had a nice community feel.</p>
