<p>A good friend of mine is trying to transfer out from his current school (which is also a pre/boarding school). Do any CCers know if there is any pre/boarding school that still accepts application? I would really appreciate your help!</p>

You can also look at boardingschoolreview.com and find schools with rolling admissions. Many of these may still have openings. Some schools still have openings that are not on the scca list and do not state that they have rolling admissions. You will have to call the admissions office to find out. It is unlikely that schools with acceptance rates of 30% or less still have openings.
