Late FA application = No or less $$$?

I got in, but my admit package was missing the FA sheet.

I submitted my profile on time but FAFSA a bit late, about two weeks after the deadline maybe.
And I was supposed to send my tax forms - but the thing is my parents work overseas. So that took quite a while to get the foreign tax forms all ready to go.

I called the FA office, and they said they have my FAFSA and Profile, but still missing the tax forms. They said since I turned mine in late, it would take a few days to process them and have my decision ready,

but now I'm kinda scared that this would result in less aid money compared to others who have received their decisions already, since the funds are running out maybe? Can anyone offer some insights on this matter? Thank you!

I'm in a very similar situation (though my reasons for being late (And the degree of my lateness) are not are worse).

But think about it this way: NU has an endowment of over $5 billion. I dont think they'll run out of money.

they better lol

bump
