<p>My friend forgot to submit her SLR by May 1st. The FAQ said "If you do not complete the SLR by your priority deadline as stated on the online SLR Welcome Page, you will be assessed fees as a nonresident on your billing statement". Does this mean that she'll have to pay OOS tuition or does it just mean that she'll be charged a late fee for submitting it late? Can anyone provide some input on this?</p>
