Which looks better on a college resume: Latin or Spanish?
I mean you can get tons of recognition like the National latin test for Latin and it seems more challenging, what do ya'll think?

bump bump bumpty

I'd say Latin. Most everyone in a major city can speak Spanish of some sort.

They'd prefer whichever one you could learn more proficiently. There's nothing wrong with spanish. I think they do have a spanish national exam. Its taken in March, I think.

"Most everyone in a major city can speak Spanish of some sort."

Wouldn't that mean it would be good in order to communicate with them?

Yes, but in my opinion it wouldn't be as impressive to know latin. That just reminds me, why can't you put you know both?

I think too many people have spanish though and latin is a little unique.

Latin is unique, but almost useless.

Latin can't even have that excuse for the SATs anymore either...

:-D
