I have a good GPA, and I imagine I could get the LSAT. My question is whether or not an undergrad degree in business will hurt my chances at schools like Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. My undergrad degree will be from Michigan Ross if that makes a difference.
No, your undergrad major doesn’t really matter — a business degree from a good school definitely isn’t going to hurt you. If you’re going straight to law school from undergrad, then a lack of real work experience is a bit of a disadvantage. You can make up for it though with a good enough GPA/LSAT.
