law school after nursing major

Would a nursing major from a state university with a GPA of 3.9 and an LSAT of 177 have any hope of being accepted to a top law school (talking Harvard, Columbia, Stanford)? Would a minor in English be helpful at all? Also, what would you say the job prospects are for an RN nurse with a JD? I imagine they are rare, so perhaps medical malpractice firms would jump to hire, no..yes?

Just curious... ;)
