Hi,
I'm wondering what my chances of getting into some of the top law schools given my numbers. I'm currently a phil. major at UCB in my senior year with a GPA of 3.71 (68 units) from my community college and a 3.58 at Berkeley (33 units). Assuming better than average letters of recommendation, strong personal statement and a 172 LSAT do I have any chance at Stanford or Harvard? Also considering Boalt, UCLA, NYU, Columbia. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks!

Have you checked out the law school numbers and law school predictor sites? They aren’t foolproof, of course, but can give you an idea based on past admissions results.

You’ll need to compute your combined GPA as per LSAC (Law School Admission Council). [Welcome to LSAC.org](http://www.lsac.org)

ditto to what frazzled has already said.

many people use LSN to see where they fit: lawschoolnumbers.com

good luck
