Law School Help for an Undergrad?

Currently I am a junior majoring in Political Science at USF(Tampa). I am an honors student and currently my GPA is 3.88, I just started studying for the LSATs. I want to go to law school but am unsure of what I else I can do now to improve my chances.
I chose USF after high school (due to financial reasons and being accepted in an accelerated undergrad program containing 20 students), and I'm nervous what effect it may have on my chances. Currently I am conducting undergraduate research (psychology) and volunteering with the American Cancer Society. I also hold a leadership position within a religious organization. Also, I am looking into minoring in English and American Literature(should I look into something else?) and studying abroad in China this summer.

I graduate next year and would really like to attend a Tier 1 or 2 school, but I do not know exactly what I could be doing now and feel like I may be at a slight disadvantage (kicking myself for maybe not attending Dartmouth or WashU.) Any advice, please?

law school admissions is ~95% two numbers: gpa+lsat. ANY EC’s will be fine.

The only thing you should be doing now is studying for the lsat, which is at least as important as gpa.

Your LSAT score will probably make the difference - and would (in theory) show the difference between a super-smart kid who could have gone Ivy and a kid who went to the local university for lack of other options. Study, study, study, and don’t take it until you’re ready to get an amazing score.

(Then remind yourself that plenty of B students at Dartmouth and WUSTL would rather be in your place, applying with an A/A- average and no debt.)
