I know that Asian Americans are not considered URMs for undergraduate and medical school admissions, but are they considered URMs in law school admissions?

I don't think you will be considered "URM." However, you are still "diverse," and depending on your background and specific ethnicity you may be considered for diversity purposes -this would apply to undergraduate and medical school, too-, just not URM per se -which I understand is pretty much reserved for Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, African Americans, and Native Americans.

you may be an URM at some of the lower tier law schools that are primarily white in ethnic makeup of its students and have few minorities of any color anyway.
