Hey everyone!
I am applying to the Lawrenceville school this year and I know that I may not get in. As a result, I would like to know what the rejection letter looks like or what it says just so that I can prepare myself for it. If anyone has one and is comfortable sharing it, please let me know! Thanks.
Prepare for a loss, and you WILL lose. Prepare for a win, and you just might win.
In general, for all schools:
- If you get accepted, you get a big welcome. They want you!
- If you are waitlisted or rejected, you are informed of your status in a brief formal message. Not much energy is wasted on rejection letters.
That’s great advice haha. Thank you
oh, ok. thank you!
I agree with Altras above. Worry about the bridge when you get to it, and right now, envision an acceptance letter instead of a rejection.
Thank you for the advice. I will certainly do that!
Good luck!! Agree with everyone, even if you think you’re lying to yourself (me too haha) just believe that you will get in, power through the application, and end on a high note! After January 15th is when we all start preparing for any rejections that may come =D
Thank you! Good luck too!
First of all, BELIEVE. You got this! You have a higher chance of getting in than me so BELIEVE.
Secondly, I love your picture of the quadratic formula. Very nice.
Thank you! I’m feeling a lot more confident now thanks to everyone in this thread. Also, I really love math haha! That’s why my picture is of the quadratic formula xD
