<p>I was just wondering if anyone has heard back about it. I can't remember when we were supposed to be notified. Is it like the Park scholarship with finalists and whatnot? </p>

<p>According to the admissions office "Students will be notified around the end of March if they have received this award (Leadership) or not."</p>

<p>I just called the admission office, and they said that letters will be sent out at the end of this week or by the beginning of next. </p>

<p>Got the letter today...no Leadership Scholarship for my D. No Honors invite, No Leadership...sounds like Ithaca may not really want her.</p>

<p>My son just got an acceptance letter today, with a $5000 Flora Brown Scholarship. we are waiting on financial aid award info.</p>
<p>The letter was specifically about leadership, we have had our acceptance for awhile. My D's friend also got the leadership letter today, she was given a one time $1000 consolation prize, not renewable.</p>
<p>Well I haven't got anything yet so I guess I didn't get the Leadership scholarship. I don't understand how there could be seventy students who had more leadership than I do...but I guess they got it for a reason, so congrats to anyone who got one</p>
<p>Premed: The letter said they had over 500 applicants. My D's friend (consolation prize) is a nice girl but her activities are limited to Track, Cross Country, and NHS (secretary). My D has held officer positions in every club and student govt she has been in and was captain of varsity cheerleading as well as MVP. Weird huh?</p>
<p>Sorry to hear that news, Momof3stars. Your d. sounds very deserving! Still no word from Ithaca for us! D. is saying "just reject me already, I can take it! I just want to know."</p>
<p>musmom: this is crazy!!! What is taking so long already? At least if she gets rejected you won't have to deal with the heartache that is the Ithaca FA package.</p>

<p>Thanks and congrats Premed123!!! It's ok, I am glad you got it. If you are premed you need every cent you can get for school!! I am lobbying the music dept for some more money, maybe there. I hope I didn't sound bitter with that post, I am not trust me. My D has been very blessed with all of the scholarships she has received (believe it or not NYU was extremely generous, just the price tag is way high there).</p>
