Anything anyone can tell me about this. Truth be told, housing time came before I had really considered it. Juniors aren't guaranteed housing on campus, I'm not sure about off-campus, whether we can afford it, options etc... So I told son, to keep his options open he probably should apply to one of the special interest communities. He applied to the Leadership Village at Willow and was accepted. But I can't find much information on the website as to what this actually entails him doing. I know they are still working on the website Has anyone lived here or had a son/daughter choose this option. The rooms look nice on the floorplan, but he hasn't had the time to actually visit the dorm.

I don’t know about Leadership Village, but it is part of Willow and I can tell you that Willow is a really nice dorm - I assume that the Leadership Village portion is at least as nice as the main buildings, if not nicer. Willow is very much like Wall except a little older: large rooms, loftable furniture, sink in room. Very nice. Two rooms, either singles or doubles, share a private bath. It is a great location, close to the parking garage and the gym.

Agree with Kreativekat. However, my daughter found it spooky and isolating when she lived there a year ago. No community or social life–maybe that will appeal. The fencing all around makes it look like a jail.

I wonder if, when they open the new stadium, if that will be the ideal location for pregame parties.
