Is it possible for me to study enough in a week and get at least a 750 on the physics sat next saturday. I have never learned physics before and I am a senior in high school. What's the most effective means of studying now? Thanks

It is not possible.

I understand the impossibility of my goal, but Im really trying to maximize my score. Whats the most efficient way? Thanks

I was able to score 700 after two weeks of intensive study. I used the Princeton Review’s Cracking the SAT Physics Subject Test and MIT OpenCourseWare’s Physics I and II.

You’re pretty much cramming a semester or year’s worth of high school physics in one week, which is doable but not easy if you’ve never seen the concepts before. Why are you taking the physics subject test?

All you need is the Barron’s SAT Physics book and the Princeton Review “Cracking the Physics Subject Test” book. Once you have those, intensely study the chapters and take a couple of practice tests. I got a 750 in physics, it IS possible.

I don’t think it’s possible. You can still switch subjects (on the spot, on the test day).

If you have a natural aptitude for science then try but most likely you’ll get less than 700.

thanks for the advice. Also, is the collegeboard official released test realistic? Where can i find the most realistic tests? Thanks
