learning disabilities support at Vassar

My child is an 11th grader and very interested in Vassar. He’s doing well in a rigorous high school program with accommodations for learning disabilities.

We’ve reviewed Vassar’s handbook on learning support, and on paper it covers everything that he gets now – but are looking for feedback on how things really work. (Plenty of schools write great handbooks but don’t follow through.) Anyone with first-hand experience, or other reliable info?

Thank you!

Hi. I don’t have a student there but my son is applying, partly because of the school’s excellent support. You should call the accessibility office to find out if they have what you need, but in my case I found that they do have what my son needs, including three learning specialists. My son has ADHD.
