Leasing single room apartment which is nearby college

<p>Where: 2700 E. 10th St. "Scholar Quar"</p>

<p>Why: coz I gotta move back to my hometown, but I have signed a contract with them till August 2006, so I have to sub-lease it now.</p>

<p>Price: the original price is $700, but I would sub-lease it for only $550(Including water and internet access)</p>

<p>Size: it is good enough for couple.</p>
