Left questionnaire for Math 2 blank?

<p>Well, I took two subject tests, Math IIC and Chemistry. I forgot to fill out the questionnaire for the Math IIC for some reason. I guess I didn't see it or was thinking about something else when the proctor was talking about it. I did, however, fill out the Chemistry questionnaire. It was only when I came home that I realized I never filled one out for Math 2. This won't affect me in any way right? No score delay or anything? Sorry I just get really paranoid over stuff like this.</p>

<p>P.S. when I say questionnaire I'm talking about the bubbles 1-9 you fill out before starting the test.</p>
