I have legacy at Duke from my dad, aunt and uncle (pretty sure the latter two don't count for much). And I'll be applying for ED (100% sure).

What do you think my chances are?

Everything looks really good right now, but remember--you're just starting Junior year. Just stay focused on doing well this year, and worry about the college hunt in a semester or so.

I think you are in especially with ED. I also don't think you need to retake the ACT with that score. If you plan to visit, there's also an alumni office that might interview legacies - that could help you if it's still offered.

There are about 4 people from my school that also have legacy along with many more people who will apply. 1 of the legacies has like a 2300 SAT score and the same grades and ranking. The others I'm not really too worried about. But I know the top 5 kids will also apply to Duke. Should I be worried about that because won't they be reluctant to accept that many people from a single school?

Duke doesn't care how many students they take from each school...there's no cutoff. Don't worry about that.
