<p>I <em>think</em> that Williams counts children and grandchildren of alumni. Siblings do not count but I have <em>heard</em> that, if the older sibling is doing well at Williams, the admissions committee will think about giving the applicant a break. Williams does want to engender family loyalty, after all.</p>
