<p>Hypothetically speaking, are you a legacy if you are applying to the same school your grandparents or even siblings went to? I'm just curious; I'm an only child and AFAIK only one of my grandparents went to college.</p>

<p>Your application will ask which relatives attended what schools. The college will decide which relationships might make you a legacy admit.</p>
