Legally Blonde Discount Code?

Hi,

I was waiting for today to be able to buy preview tickets to Legally Blonde at a discount. The code Early Bird has been posted on Broadway Box for a while now but today its gone and the code doesn't work.

I tried searching the internet but that was the only code I could find. Ticketmaster says there are preview prices out but you need the correct code. Does anyone happen to know it or know where I could find it?

Thanks :)

I received something but it wasn't a discount-it was just the ability to buy tickets before the general public. The code was TMPS. Not sure if it still works because tickets may have gone on sale to the general public starting today (or today may be the first day you could use this code to purchase your tickets).Hope this helps.

From what I've heard, the discount codes have been withdrawn because the Visa presale was so successful. Doubtful that there will be discounts for this one for a while.

the code: VISA

will get you $60 tix for previews :)

worked right now on Ticketmaster.com!

Thank you so much - I just got Orchestra tickets for the 7pm show Sunday night during April vacation. I wanted the 2 pm show but the seats were better in the evening. My daughter is going to be soooo excited! Thanks again!

I got tix for the Sunday nite as well! April 15 & great seats in the orchestra. Is that when ur going too techiemom? We'll have to say Hey! Unfortunately my D is still in school then, but we're having a girls' day out in NYC anyway.

you can also use the code PBILL on ticketmaster for shows from 4/4 - 5/15 or print out the paper (on playbill.com discounts) and take it with you to the box office and you'll have no service fees

We'll be there on Sunday, April 15 in the evening as well!! We're also sitting in the orchestra section. We'd love to meet some of the CCers that we've been reading about for months. Yes, I'm a lurker but you all are teaching us so much!

I love this site. Everyone is so helpful!! Maybe I'll see you all there!!

Hey - My d picked up tix for April 15 - but for the matinee! However, I'd love to maybe meet some of you for dinner anyway! Is anyone up for it?

Check your PMs, it looks like 3 of us will be in the same vicinity around the same time. Hopefully we can get together!

Cant see the show until middle of June-do you think they may still be running discounts or is the buzz pretty strong about this show and I should just buy them at full price now??? I am concerned that once it officially opens I wont be able to get tickets and my child will be away as of July 8 so I only have a 3 week window

Broadway box (not sure if that's the exact name) sent me an email recently that they have shows for 69, after the actual previews that I got for 60. Good luck! I wonder why they're so cheap and they haven't even had the previews yet....

The problem is all these discounts are only good for performances up until May 13 and I can't go until June. So, do you think they will offer more discounts or once it opens it will be a hard ticket to come by. I can buy tickets right now but will be paying $111 each!

It's hard to know what the right answer is, Audi. The pre-sale went very well and they decided to make SOME of the seats available to broadwaybox.com anyway. Keep in mind that these are probably most, if not all, in the mezz, and at the Palace, which is a huge theatre, it's not great if you're used to orchestra seats. Actually, probably for many of the performances, you'll be getting mezz seats for your $111 tickets, or rear, left or right, orchestra seats. Most good orchestra seating will be for premium seating tickets, which is the case with most Broadway shows these days. There's no way to really predict how ticket sales will go but the show does have a lot of 'buzz' after largely positive reviews from the San Francisco run.

I'm taking a couple friends to see it for my sweet sixteen. Ummmm TMANIA and BBOX both get you 65 dollar tickets for Orchestra seating. :) We're either going April 13th or April 20th... Most likely the later because there are better seats... and it's not friday the thirteenth.

We saw this show on Sat night- it was great fun! The cast was very high energy, the singing very good. All in all, a fun night of theatre.

I have no idea why this thread shows up when i do a search on myself…this post fixed it now…:)… I had no idea this was a Broadway show…only know about the movies…

This is a WONDERFUL fun show! We saw it at Fair Park in Dallas which was okay. I really dislike that venue - something about that place just sucks the energy out, I don’t know. Then, it came to my very own hometown in our little “jewelbox” historic theater and it was sold out, the energy was through the roof and it was the most fun I’ve ever had at a show, I think, except maybe for Wicked in NY and Billy Elliot at the new Winspear Opera House (which is about eight thousand million times better than Fair Park for MT)

Wicked and BE were more of an awestruck thing for me - I laughed my butt off at LB.

You are in for a treat. One of my favorites!
