Anyone have experience with any of these scholarship websites like Zinc h, Fastweb, Cappex, etc.?

Are these websites legitimate websites for scholarships?

Also, how rare is it to be awarded a Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship?

I am very low income and have a 4.0 GPA and I really need scholarships because I am undocumented and do not receive FAFSA

Thank you.

As an undoc and no FAFSA you will be challenged in your search for scholarships.

my fav is <a href=“http://www.collegeanswer.com ;%5B/url%5D”>www.collegeanswer.com; www. ; <a href=“http://www.collegeboard.org ;%5B/url%5D”>www.collegeboard.org;

Be careful with FastWeb I hear they sell your info to 3rd parties and you’ll get lots of SPAM.

***** is good too. Two other tips, look at the college counseling web pages at other high schools near you to see what scholarships they are recommending to their students and apply for scholarships that require essays because most students are too lazy to write an essay to get $500 or a thousand dollars.

Good hunting.

There are several opportunities available for you.

If you are AB540 eligible, you can apply for institutional aid. There are several other scholarships you can look at via MALDEF ([MALDEF: Scholarship Resources](<a href=“http://www.maldef.org/leadership/scholarships/]MALDEF: ”>http://www.maldef.org/leadership/scholarships/ ))

For private scholarships, definitely look into foundations like the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.
