Lehigh Financial Aid Offer Question

Hello, I had a question regarding a financial aid offer I received for Lehigh's summer session. I was offered a loan for all the courses ($3,600, 6 credits) but the only thing is that the courses are split into summer session 1 and summer session 2. Now I know I can take summer session 1 because it is online but I am not so sure about summer session 2.

I see that it is possible to partially accept an award offer. Would accepting only half the loan mean that the other half would not be offered anymore resulting in me not being able to participate in summer session 2? Or can I just accept the whole offer and tell them I only want half later if I find out I can't do summer session 2?

Any help in clarifying this issue would be appreciated. Thank you very much and I hope you have a great holiday weekend!

I would contact the Office of Financial Aid at Lehigh. They’ll be the ones who can truly answer your question. In my experience, at my University (Rutgers), all I had to do was write a letter stating that I wanted the loan to be entirely during one semester of my studying rather than split up. However, contact Lehigh and see what they tell you!
