My teacher wanted to know if there is an "ideal" length for her recommendation for me. Is two pages too much and will adscoms stop reading them?

I would just say to tell your teacher to write the amount they:
a)feel comfortable enough writing and
b)need to express everything about you they want to say

Once, they feel happy with both of these it should be fine.

On a personal note, both my recommendations were about three paragraphs each, single-spaced. Basically, about a page. But there really is no way of knowing what the ideal length is, just use your best judgement.

There is no ideal length. The ideal content, however, which is more important, would include specifics such as anecdotes based on the teacher's personal experience with the student that demonstrate what the student has to offer the college. No need for the teacher to regurgitate the students' resume. What needs to be in the recc is the info that the teacher knows about the student based on the student's actions in the teacher's class or in organizations that the teacher advises.

lol one of my teachers wrote like half a page, not even.

A very general rule is 1 to 2 pages, but it depends on how well the recommender knows you.

one page is enough....every recommendation I have seen that was any good was one page...amympre than that looks like they are padding the rec...they should easily be able to say what they need in 3 paragraphs

If it is more, the readers will zzzzzzzzz....

My english teacher said "I kept it brief"...I take it that's a bad sign.
But she sounded proud of it. I think it might have been the first college recommendation she's ever written.
