The Wolverines were just too strong. Also, IMHO, Penn State’s a bit overrated this year.
Cheering for TN but 'Bama just went ahead on a “scooped and score.” But maybe it means I can go to sleep soon!

In the gym, we had a chemical engineering doctoral candidate from the UT in Knoxville. He said the college in Austin should be called UTA. Knoxville was founded 1st.

Yes, well, there already is a UTA – UT-Arlington, my dh’s alma mater.
Tell your friend that he may have been first, but we are best. Tennessee has won 23 natl championships in its lifetime; UT won four just last year, as well as back-to-back Director’s Cups.
UT is twice Tennessee’s size and is widely considered the no. 1 brand in college athletics. But we lost to Bama by 1, and I absolutely am DELIGHTED that Tennessee pulls off the upset.

I thought the kick was partially blocked because it was ugly and barely made it over the crossbar. But no one touched it.
