That international school should help you out, it isn't something a lot of people will have and it will help distinguish you, other than that I don't know I'm pretty new to this.

i don't know much about the schools, so i can't give you specifics.. i can only give you what i'd predict based on things like collegeboard.

from what i see, your gpa seems very good for the colleges your considering, for the most part, but obviously, your gpa hurts. i'd think you'd get in with your SATs, but you should seriously try to get the gpa up to a 3.0, or if this is the final gpa that they'll see, make sure it's evident on your transcript that you're getting good grades for the beginning of senior year so that it seems your gpa will go up. also, retake the SATs (i wouldnt bother with the ACTs.. unless you really feel you're stronger with them.. your SAT seems better though? not sure).. since it won't matter if you do worse, and if you can get a really good SAT, hopefully colleges will somewhat overlook the gpa.
your extracurriculars are probably far above average for those colleges, because i'm pretty sure the only colleges that need ridiculous amounts are the very competitive ones. hopefully your extracurriculars will help you greatly.

good luck! i probably wasn't much help, but i hope i could offer a little advice

A 3.0 would look tons better than a 2.999 even if the difference is small.

You could really improve yourself with your essays though, you have unique experience no one else has and the essay is the perfect place to show it.

I'd like to chance you back but unfortunately, I don't know the schools too well :( Just explain your circumstances though in your essays. You have great ECs and your international experience is a plus :)
