Please chance me! If you dont know about a specific school then skip it thanks!

Cornell is a possibility…The others ull definitely get in…
Y don’t u consider applying to a few higher schools??
Btw what does low match mean??
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1023853-help-me-out-pleaseeeeee-ill-chance-back-anyone-who-chances-me.html</a></p>

Thanks and ya I will but my grades are relatively low for the ivies anyone else?

good chance for Cornell…
the rest are definite!!
you should apply to some ivies, whats the worst that can happen, a rejection letter…
go for it!

yes, but you should still take that chance to apply at least one ivy. You never know if they will accept you. Your SAT and EC’s make you a competitive applicant. For all of the schools you listed, you have excellent chances at all of them, but Cornell might be a reach due to your relatively low grades.

thanks guys yup i might also apply to penn and columbia what are my chances there?

An SAT 1540 is ivy-material. And while 91 is low for ivies, with Ap’s and Honors is good. solid Ec’s, although alittle below-avergae for ivy’s. Being jewish doesn’t help ur chances, there are sooo many smart jews who apply to ivy’s. But overall, with that SAT score, i’de give it a shot at some of the lower ivy’s and honorary ivy’s. Just not harvard, princeton, yale.

good luck

wow thanks guys

Bump 10char

I think you have a great chance for Barnard honestly. Great Sats and ECs. Make sure you stand out in your essay

And I dont think you need ED!

thanks bump

BumppppppP

You know, you can make this chance thread as long as you want by infinitely bumping yourself? But then again, we’d all hate you for sticky-ing your own chance thread, but it’s just a possibility to consider.

I’d say you’re in at all! Since Cornell only looks at CR + M, you’re definitely a strong candidate!

Chance me back?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1027072-jhu-ed-chances-i-will-not-chance-you-back-because-im-arse.html</a>
(Plz disregard title)

Haha true that was my idea of a “catchy title” which obviously isn’t working. I always chance people and never get chanced back :-(!

bump 10char

I feel like I chanced you but…

Your grades really aren’t that bad. You say your school is tough on grading, and your AP scores are wonderful, so I’m sure you’ll be redeemed. Awesome SAT scores. Your ECs are above average (your summer jobs looked tough to get). Good essay and recs always help.

Cornell: low reach/high match (I say there’s a fair chance you’re in)
Barnard: high match
Brandeis: match
University of Maryland College Park: high match (OOS)
Binghamton: don’t know a lot about this school, guessing low match

thanks for chancing me

bump bump bump

Guys please…

A GPA of 91 means little if we do not know your rank, try to give it in a little bit of context. Considering the caliber of schools you are looking at I will assume it puts you in the top 10% of your class. Most of the schools you listed are matches, but I think you’ll get into Barnard ED since you have pretty good SAT scores and mediocre ECs. Cornell is probably a low reach for you if you are top 10%. Good luck with your applications!
PS I think I win on the longest chance thread with 79 responses, 5791 views and only 3 bumps. this was (is?) my chance thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/898730-chances-duke-penn-cornell.html</a> I don’t know why so many people responded (and still are responding…)
