letter grades and rigor of classes?

hey, so I was just wondering- I know that all universities take the rigor of your curriculum as well as the actual grades you get in your classes into account...but which one has greater influence on your admission? Or is it equal?

I've been taking the highest level classes offered at my school, with the exception of ap world history, as there was no space in my schedule. Until this year, my grades were stellar, and suddenly when I had honors physics, AP chem, and AP calc, my grades went down a bit. This scares me because I don't know if universities will really take into account the fact that I took 3 Aps and a hard honors course enough. Mind you, by bad, I mean b or b+, and not in every class. How does this work at most ivy league, and high level schools in general?
