So I heard/thought that the last day UC Berkeley would sent out rec requests was yesterday, Dec. 15. However, I just checked my portal around 8 pm today and I’m now given the option to send recs but I did not receive an email. Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone confirm that I am supposed to send letters of rec? Thanks everyone!
It happened to a few people I know. Which portal was this, the UC one or the UC Berkeley one you get after submitting? Maybe they’ve stopped sending email requests and just decided to update on the application portals? You should definitely send the letters of rec.
