I'm going to be a junior soon (class of '13) and am planning to apply to law schools next year. I was wondering in the event that I don't get into the school I want my senior year and apply again in 2013, would I have to request letters of recommendation again?

No, however many schools are moving to the new questionnaire type form instead of the letters of rec. I would go ahead and send my pros the questionnaire from LSAC if you are on good terms with them still.
