Letter of recommendation from the college counselor: how important is it?

Hi, I’m a rising junior who will be applying to college this fall and I’m an international student currently attending an international school outside of the United States.
The thing is, I don’t think I’m getting along very well with my college counselor.
It’s not that she did something wrong to me or I did something wrong to her, but it’s just hard for me to get along with her. (You know, there are times when you just can’t be friends with someone. It seems like she is not really interested in me as a student and she does not seem to like me as a person as well.)

But I’m worried because I still have to get a letter of recommendation from her because she’s my COLLEGE COUNSELOR.
I’m pretty sure three other people who will be writing letters of recommendation are going to write some of the greatest letter of recommendations, but I’m worried about the impact the letter from the college counselor might pose on my admissions.

So, 3 great letters of recommendation from two teachers (one humanities teacher, one science teacher) plus one advisor (I won’t tell what kind of advisor the recommender is due to privacy concerns) and one so-so or not very preferable(not likely that my college counselor would want to spoil my admissions process but just in case) letter from college counselor. Would that look bad?

+) The college counselor has been around since last year and she is the one who has the least amount of information about me. I have known the three other recommenders for at least two year.
