Letter of Recommendation question

One of my teachers who said they would write me a letter of recommendation asked for any extra information and a brag sheet. Is it ok to give her the same brag sheet that I gave to my counselor?

Of course. Nobody expects you to create unique sheets for every person, but if there are areas that you want to highlight, you should point them out.

Absolutely. That is just fine – just double check it provides all of the information that the teacher has asked for.

If you’re already telling your counselor everything about yourself with the brag sheet, then why not? On the other hand, you shouldn’t expect any of your recommenders to completely cover every aspect of you, so maybe emphasize in your brag sheet the aspect of yourself you believe the teacher can best relate to and appreciate - if she’s a science teacher, maybe explain your science fair research a bit more, or include your project abstract.
