<p>Is the letter of recommendation attached with the application or are those sent through separately. I was wondering if I could send in my USC app, but have one of my teachers send her letter in a little later than the app. Would that be allowed? I'm trying to meet the December 1st scholarship consideration deadline (assuming I can get admitted in the first place!) and would like to know this asap since December 1st is 3 days away. Thanks!</p>
<p>You can submit your app without LOR being done. The LOR can be submitted whenever as long as it is within the deadline</p>
