<p>And just say, why don't you call the ones you want to go into and ask?</p>

I have tried several schools that I wanted to go and they all require 'em except for the GWU.</p>
<p>most top state universities that I've looked at don't require recommendations. I haven't seen a private yet that doesn't want them, but then again, I never looked into GWU.</p>
