Good afternoon,
This is quite the community. I am applying to UPenn as a transfer student from a military program at a southern university. I have respectable grades and a unique resume. I find myself lacking in the academic reference department because my attention was directed to my commitment as a Cadet. I did my course work and participated in class, but I did not develop close relationships with my professors. I have distinguished letter of recommendation but none purely on my academic performance. I chose two classes I received As in and plan to ask the professors for letters of recommendation.
Are there any points of conversation I should make to help them gain a full perspective of my academic capabilities? And are there any ways to compensate for the lack of relation that may be reflected? I would appreciate any and all input. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
