Letters of Recommendation...

I'm a junior right now and I have already decided I will have my Physics teacher write one for me (only had him this year but he loves me and has already given me a department award or whatever, his only one) but I do not know who to use for my others... (A's in all the following classes):

9th Gov H/11th AP Gov:
She also gave me that award when I was a freshman in her class. I know she likes me a lot and would have some nice stuff to say, also has had me all throughout high school so she has seen my growth and everything. Plus it would be nice to have one science and one social studies teacher.

9th Eng 2 H/10th AP Lang/NHS Sponsor:
I had her for a couple years and she is in charge of NHS, which I am a part of, and I still talk to her from time to time. I know she likes me a lot too and would write a great letter, but I haven't had her as a teacher since sophomore year so I'm not sure if it's the best choice. Again, good having science + Language Arts.

11th AP Lit:
I have gotten an A this year and I know she likes me as a student, I also know she writes great letters. I have grown on her a lot throughout the year so that may help, but this is my only year having her so I'm not sure.

10th Alg 2 H/11th Pre Calc H:
I don't know how great of a letter of recommendation he would write as he doesn't really seem like he'd be amazing at it, but I have had him for two years. Also it would be a negative in my mind to have two math/science teachers write them. Any suggestions?

9th Gov H/11th AP Gov or 11th AP Lit:

Junior year teachers are best, and either of these seem like great choices. The math/sci and english/history combo is the way to go. Personally I would go with AP Lit since she writes good letters AND you have grown on her. She may see that as development, and colleges love to see development mentioned. It’s the upward trend of rec letters.

9th Gov H/11th AP and the Physics teacher would be the best. Some school like Stanford requires teacher from Junior or senior year (although advanced level class teacher are fine too). These two would also cover 2 very different cores, have good impression of you. Also, the Gov teacher knows you for all 4 years.
