Letters of Recommendation?

So the college I’m currently looking to attend doesn’t require Letters of Recommendation to my knowledge (Penn St.). Should I still get one anyways?

You absolutely want to prepare for the possibility of not getting into that school-- of needing letters of recommendation for other schools. Penn State isn’t exactly a slam dunk.
