Letters to Admission Committees

Letters to admission committees

Hey all,
Last year I wrote curated letters to the admission committees at each school. Basically just a stream of thoughts about why I like their school so much, what the process has taught me, and why I think I’d be a good fit. I’m wondering 2 things:

  1. Do they even read these?
  2. Is it too much?

I’m not sure if its a practice I should continue. Does anybody have any thoughts or advice on this?

Please tell me you misspelled “well-thought-out, clear, and concise.”

In any event, before M10 is overkill. That is what your application is for. After M10 if you were on the WL is a different answer.

@skieurope It took me a minute to get the first part of your comment. But point taken, thanks.
