Lewis&Clark College VS Brandeis University. PLEASE help ):

So I've narrowed down my choices to Brandeis and Lewis&Clark. While I think Brandeis is a better school, I really felt like I'd fit in more at LC. I visited both schools and LC is definitely prettier, if I'm just thinking about the campus. Also I'm from AZ so I don't know if I could handle the east coast winters, especially if they're like this year. The finances aren't a big part of this decision.
Overall, do you think I should I go to a better school (academics, selectivity, etc.) or a school where I felt more at home (even if it doesn't have a very high reputation) ?
Any advice would be well appreciated :)

I’d choose one that you feel comfortable with. If you do well in LC you are going to be fine.

Much more important than the perception of the quality of two campuses is how well you do there. you almost always will do better at a campus you like and where you feel comfortable.

L&C’s reputation isn’t bad at all, by the way. As jkeil said ^ what will matter is how well you do in your chosen college and chosen major, whether you have internships, whether you develop a relationship with some professors, etc.

It is all about fit. Those two places have different cultures, pick the one that is best for you.

thanks everyone (: I ended up choosing Lewis and Clark. I felt like I’d be happier there.
