<p>I’m a senior in high school, and plan to apply to both USF and UCF. One issue I have is which I will choose to enroll at. They both seem great, and both have differences that make them seemingly equal. Any help?
Secondly, how is the LGBT at both schools? I’m gay, and in the closet, but I’m hoping to come out at college. Is one college more accepting or active in LGBT than the other?

<p>idk about usf but ucf has a great lgbt community! We have an organization called equal that is big and growing. We just opened an office called Pride Commons where students of all genders and orientations can go who are looking for resources, community, or just a place to hang. Everyone ive met has been super accepting. We are a big diverse community and we love it!!</p>
<p>Tampa Bay area has a higher amount of LGBT than Orlando and I think it is more accepted over here due to the artsy area of St. Pete. USF has a good LGBT program they are always putting on plays or shows to get people more aware. As well as walks. I am not apart of the club, but I have heard it is great from others.</p>
