Does anyone know which liberal arts colleges have good international relations programs? Thankyou

Middlebury and Claremont McKenna spring to mind, but I'm sure there are plenty of others. Claremont McKenna is small but has a very pre-professional feel, while Middlebury is more the "liberal arts experience."

Macalester has a Global Institute or something like that. Kofi Annan went to college there.

Lafayette.

connecticut college- one of the best IR programs.

Thanks alot guys.

Other strong possibilities, at a variety of selectivities:
Lewis & Clark, Beloit, Bryn Mawr, Bucknell, Clark, Colby, Colgate, Connecticut College, Davidson, Denison, Dickinson, Earlham, Goucher, Hiram, Kalamazoo, Kenyon, Knox, Lehigh, Muhlenberg, Pepperdine, Pitzer, Pomona, Puget Sound, Richmond, Rhodes, Southwestern (TX), St. Olaf, Vassar, Wheaton (MA)...

Wow! I'll vouch for carolyn's list: DD is interested in International Relations at LACs and carolyn's list contained every single school that she's even remotely considering but one: Hobart and William Smith (prez was head of the peace corps and they have a minor in development studies, one of DD's interests). Another that's on DD's list that's more of a cross between a small univesity and LAC: American University.

Tufts. At around 4500 it is bigger than many of the other schools on the list but you might consider it.

I'm going to major in IR and I have applied to Carleton, American, Case Western... i'm also going to minior in Bio so i guess i looked for schools with bio too.

Middlebury.
